    Charity Golf Day

    Our Charity Golf Day event on Friday 22nd September this year, held at Stock Brook Manor Country Club, in aid of Young Epilepsy was, again, another tremendous success! The sun shone once again and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Aaron James, our comedian for the evening once again was brilliant and the auction went down a storm! This year we raised a staggering £9000.00 for the charity making the total raised over the last 3 years £22,000, which would not have been possible without the support and donations of everyone involved. Young Epilepsy appreciate the efforts again of everyone who took part in the day, from organising to donating, so again, many thanks to you all.

    We will be hosting our FINAL Charity Golf Day on Friday 21st September 2018 and we hope to raise an amazing £28,000 for Young Epilepsy to get the grand total up to £50,000!!     We currently have 15 teams taking part and there is space for another 27 more teams – so grab your place quick!

    P.A.T Testing

    We are now happy to announce that we are able to PAT test all equipment and machinery ourselves.

    2016 proved to be a very busy and successful year for Pacific Support Services. We have secured a number of new contracts over the year which include several new Schools, a London Barristers and 5 new office sites in Central London. Once again I would like to send my gratitude to everyone for their continued hard work and dedication which is what makes Pacific Support Services a reliable, expanding Commercial Cleaning Company ready to deal with any challenge! I hope that 2017 is another great year for everyone and I would like to welcome all new staff members to our team including Kelly Wright, our new Accounts Manager.

    Staff Training

    All staff have been awarded Jangro Certificates for safe and correct use of cleaning machinery and COSHH awareness. All new members of staff will receive training prior to commencement of employment with Pacific Support Services. Staff are expected be to kept up to date with their training, this can be done by calling Helen Mulholland our HR / Office Manager on 01322 554 142 and she will book you in for any extra training you require.

    We would like to say a massive congratulations to Pacific Support Services for passing the QMS Inspection with flying colours. It just proves that all of Richard's hard work and dedication really does pay off.

    Staff Pay

    Staff will be paid on the last Friday of each month throughout 2017.

    New Contracts

    We have issued everyone with a new contract that is to be signed and filled out. Please hand these back to Richard or post them into Head Office, F.A.O Helen Mulholland.

    Cleaning is an occupation, which exposes individuals to an extensive range of hazards with working. It is only with the fill co-operation and personal input of Pacific Support Services employees that the preventative and protective measures Pacific Support Services has put into place to protect you and those affected by our work will achieve our common goal of a safe working environment for all. To achieve a safe working environment in which Pacific Support Services employees can feel safe assured that they are protected we need to understand that it is only as a team working together that undesired events of all types will be prevented. Remember the company health and safety policy belongs to us all, not just the management it is put into place to provide all of us with the ability to protect ourselves and those affected by our operations. To this end Pacific Support Services is committed to providing its employees with the necessary information, instruction, training and supervision to carry out their tasks in a safe manner.

    Charity Golf Day

    Our event this year was an amazing success, the sun shone and fun was had by all. The comedian who provided the evening entertainment was hilarious and the silent auction was run smoothly by Ed Giddins. We managed to raise £8342.48 double the amount that we did last year which would not have been possible without the support and generosity of everyone concerned. Young Epilepsy greatly appreciated the efforts of everybody involved so many thanks to you all.

    Partnership with Young Epilepsy Lingfield

    Pacific Support Services have teamed up with Young Epilepsy Lingfield to raise funds of an estimated £50,000 over the next 3 years.

    This is an exciting prospect and a challenge we are embracing.


    We are very pleased to confirm that Pacific Support Services have passed the SafeContractor 2016 Assessment, and are now accredited for a further 12 months.

    New Contracts

    Pacific Support Services are proud to announce that we have gained 15 new cleaning and maintenance contracts within the City and M25 area.

    ISO Accreditation

    We are very pleased to confirm that Pacific Support Services have passed the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 2016 Assessments, and are now accredited for a further 12 months.


    Pacific Support Services have achieved ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Contractor Plus accreditation.
